Turn off the world and play a game

I have never been more busy than I am now. I am developing a toy brand, producing a documentary, researching another book, planning a men’s retreat, teaching taekwondo, decorating for Christmas, planning Christmas cards, traveling as a spokesperson, blah, blah, blah…

But this afternoon, I will turn off the the world and sit down with my family and play a board game. This I promise. Check out this article on the latest games and why we should all go play.

New Monopoly Book

Monopoly is the most successful proprietary game in the world. It has a ton of fans out there, but none bigger than Phil Orbanes. Not only is he a founding partner and current president of Winning Moves, a game company that makes such Monopoly brand extensions as The Mega Edition, 1935 First Deluxe Edition, and the Monopoly Card game, but he was once the Senior Vice President for Research and Development at Parker Brothers AND has also served as Chief Judge at U.S. National and World Monopoly tournaments. The man definitely knows his way passed GO.

So who better than he to write a book entitled, Monopoly: The World’s Most Famous Game & How It Got That Way. Here’s a great article about the chairman of the most famous of boards.
